Help us find the issue
Include your account email, an order or work reference if relevant, and a short description of what happened. Never include passwords, card numbers, verification links or API keys. You do not need to send your private affirmation script unless it is necessary to investigate and you choose to share it.
Purchases and cancellation
View available subscription and refund controls on your billing page. Read the Refund Policy for unused-credit refunds and delivery problems. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
